During this course Bill Bayno, Indiana Pacers assistant coach, offers his insight and knowledge on various offensive principles, defensive drills, best practices, and player development keys. Coach Bayno takes a variety of questions that coaches pose to him during this course and he offers guidance to help not only develop players, but young coaches as well.

The Coach
Coach Bayno worked as an assistant coach on the Indiana Pacers under head coach Nate McMillan's staff. He previously worked as an assistant coach for the Portland Trail Blazers, the Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Toronto Raptors. played basketball at Sacred Heart University where he was a Divison-II All-American. At the collegiate level, Coach Bayno served as a graduate assistant at Seton Hall and Kansas. He then became an assistant coach under John Calipari at UMass and helped them reach the NCAA Tournament in five consecutive seasons. In 1995, Coach Bayno was named the head coach at UNLV and led the Rebels to a 94-65 record during his tenure (3rd highest in school history). During his career, Caoch Bayno learned from coaches such as Larry Brown, PJ Carlesimo, Rick Adelman, and John Calipari.
