Head Women's Basketball Coach at Baylor University

Nicki Collen is the head women's basketball coach for Baylor University. She began her career in basketball as a player for Purdue and Marquette in the mid 90’s. Her career in coaching started in 2001 as an assistant at Colorado State. Up until 2017, Coach Collen had stints as an assistant coach at Ball State, Louisville, Arkansas, Florida Gulf Coast, and the Connecticut Sun. From 2018-2022 she was the head coach for the Atlanta Dream, before taking the head coaching job at Baylor in 2021.
