Player Development: Skills, Decision making, Video analysis, Mentality

Player development is part of basketball, very known in US, but less in Europe. In last few years also top European teams hiring Player Development coaches and spending times on development of players, from young players to veteran players. More and more European players become high level NBA players, All Star and Super star players. Luka Dončić, Nikola Jokić, Bogdan Bogdanović, Goran Dragić etc. are the players that made their first basketball steps in Europe (ex - Yugoslavia) and were developed to be successful on the highest level of basketball - NBA. That indicates that player development in Europe is on high level.

We always lack time to make player development practices, therefore there is huge focus on developing through warm up with complex (multi skills) drills. Besides many drills for developing skills and decision making (video lessons), In this course you will also find video from Power Point presentation about theory of Player development in Europe, information on how, where, with whom, what and when to develope basketball skills, decision making, video analysis and tips for developing mental toughness.
