The Coach
Marko Zarkovic, born in Belgrade, Serbia, is a basketball coach with a rich international experience. Graduating from the Basketball Academy Belgrade in 2009, he has worked extensively on the development of young players across Serbia, India,Latvia and Germany. Marko has held head coaching positions in the Latvian-Estonian league with teams like BC Valga/Valka and BK Jekabpils/SMSCredit.lv, and has contributed to youth development at Rajasthan Basketball Academy in India. From 2020 till 2024 he was the Head Coach of Telekom Baskets Bonn 2. A member of the Serbian and German Coaches Association, his passion for nurturing talent is evident in his work with various youth teams and basketball camps across Europe and Asia.
