Culture and Leadership Consulting

Follow

I help coaches build a culture of high standards and strong relationships.

Since 2017, I have been supporting coaches, from High School to the NCAA Division 1 Level, through my consulting services and mentorship program.

Over the last 5 years I developed the Competitive Cauldron Spreadsheet for my own teams and helped over 50 coaches in basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, and hockey implement it within their program. The results have been nothing short of remarkable!

Before starting Thrive On Challenge, I spent over a decade coaching in Ireland, Lithuania, and America at the high school, college, and professional levels. And before I started coaching, I played basketball at the University of South Carolina.

Great course that will get you thinking about your philosophy on playing time, but also shares with you practical strategies that you can use with your program. These strategies will help you to communicate with your players and help them understand why you play who you play! Highly recommend this course!

I wish someone would have thought of this course prior! Our team did the first case study together and it produced great dialog and buy-in to the standards we have for our program.

This is a great course for those coaches that don't know how to communicate playing time criteria, and expectations. It will help me organize my thoughts and to create a systematic approach on how to communicate with players and parents.

Lots of awesome material, and ways to go with each player individually if need be on playing time issues. Best of all 90% of the material is about being proactive rather then reactive. Which will safe time and frustration.

I think there are many great ideas that I can implement into my coaching right away. I think the length of the course is ideal as it doesn't take very long, though I got a lot out of it!!
