I'm a coach for a long time Wing-T team. We compete in a league where it's very difficult to match the size and speed of our opponents week in and week out. Using the deception of the traditional Wing-T, we manage to compete well and usually make the playoffs, but we're struggling to "take the next step". After watching Coach Holmes, we are getting answers to problems. All I can say is WOW! His implementation (terminology) is very simple such that I was able to put it into action in just a few hours of study. I firmly believe our struggles to implement in-game blocking with traditional Wing-T terminology are over. This course was an in-depth look at running the down and option. Coach Holmes gives valuable coaching points and blocking variations in this video. His experience running this play adds valuable to the Buck sweep. I agree need both to create conflict for defense.
