Coach Katharine DeLorenzo

Katharine Perry DeLorenzo is one of the most successful coaches in collegiate field hockey history. Since taking over as Head Coach at Middlebury College in 2001, she has built a dynasty that includes multiple NCAA Division III National Championships, 17+ consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, and more than 400 career wins.
A 2022 NFHCA Hall of Fame inductee, DeLorenzo has guided countless student-athletes to All-American honors while setting the standard for excellence in Division III athletics. Before joining Middlebury, she led Skidmore College to national prominence and continues to serve as an influential leader in the sport and collegiate athletics.

Coach Lukas Fieber

Lukas Fieber is an Olympic field hockey coach and performance analyst known for his innovative use of technology and data in player development. With experience coaching at the international level, including roles with national teams and collegiate programs such as Wake Forest University, Fieber has become a respected figure in global high-performance hockey.

He is also the co-founder of Playerdash, a cutting-edge video and performance platform used by USA Field Hockey and elite teams worldwide. His expertise has helped shape modern analytical approaches to coaching and team success at the sport’s highest levels.
