Description

I will show you how to install 2 Read coverage with film of how to defend the possible route combinations, allowing you to defend the Screen/RPO Game as well as anything in the Passing Game. 2 Read allows Defenses to read the release of the #2 WR and to adapt the coverage to play as Quarters or Cover 2, depending on what the #2 WR does. This gives us the best of both worlds and allows our DBs to agressively match anything the Offense throws at us. 2 Read can also be used vs. Trips and Empty formations and we will look at film of different ways to defend Trip Formations and how to play a 2 Read concept within these coverages to take away what Offenses do best.
