Ben Kotwica has been working in the National Football League (NFL) as a football coach and the special teams coordinator for the Denver Broncos since 2023. He has spent fifteen seasons coaching for the New York Jets, Washington Redskins, Atlanta Falcons, and Minnesota Vikings. Before his current role, he served as the assistant special teams coach for the Vikings.
