Benedictine College Pass Protection
by Utah ClinicDescription
A significant part of a quarterback's development and production is the offensive line. If you can't protect, there is no offense, and if you happen to be struggling with that, you've come to the right place.
Benedictine College's Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach, Fran Johnson, is here to take us through his collegiate principles of pass protection against both the 4-3 and 3-4 defenses- both in pure Xs and Os and on tape- to help elevate your O-Line.
What works, what doesn't? What should the tackles and guards do? What about the center? Do the backs have any responsibilities?
It's all in this course, so this is your chance to grasp it and give yourself an edge over the opposition!

The Coach
Fran Johnson quarterbacked the Benedictine Egles from 2001-2004 before opting the coaching route and rejoining his alma mater as the Quarterbacks Coach.
He then took over as the Offensive Coordinator in 2010 while continuing his role as quarterback coach. And under his leadership, the program's quarterbacks have gone on to break school records and elevate standards.
