Developing Powerful Offensive & Defensive Linemen
As a former offensive and defensive lineman and lifelong line coach, I’ve spent my entire career helping linemen dominate the line of scrimmage — physically, technically, and mentally. With over 27 years of coaching experience, including roles as a Head Football Coach, Head Powerlifting Coach, and Head Track & Field Coach, I’ve trained and developed countless linemen at every level of the game.
Currently, I serve as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Hardin-Simmons University, working with over 550 athletes each year, many of them in the trenches. I’ve built my programs on the foundation of explosive power, relentless strength, and position-specific movement to help linemen control the point of attack.
My passion is simple: Help linemen become the most dominant force on the field.
