This is a Lesson that includes over an hour of video with in-depth discussions on OL play within Zone and Gap Schemes, RB play in an RPO System running Zone and Gap Schemes, and WR PLAY with routes that inlude Peremiter Screens, 3 Step Concepts and our top Drop Back Route Concepts. We dedicate this time to fundamentals and techniques within individual position groups.
