The Coach

Brad Davis | Offensive Line Coach | LSU

Brad Davis, a Baton Rouge native and former national champion as a player at Oklahoma, serves as LSU's offensive line coach. He joined the LSU program in 2021 and stepped in as interim head coach for the Tigers' Texas Bowl appearance that year. Under Davis' guidance, LSU's offensive line has produced four All-SEC players and two Freshmen All-Americans, and was a finalist for the 2023 Joe Moore Award, recognizing the top offensive line in college football. His 2023 line contributed to LSU leading the nation in scoring and total yards, setting a school record for yards per rush. Davis has also seen three of his players selected in the NFL Draft and has coached 18 all-conference honorees throughout his career. Before LSU, Davis coached at Arkansas, Missouri, Florida, North Texas, East Carolina, and James Madison, where he served as co-offensive coordinator. He began his coaching career at Southern Lab in Baton Rouge and has participated in the NFL’s summer internship program with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Seattle Seahawks.
