At Illinois College, he managed all facets of the offense, including coaching quarterbacks, running backs, and tight ends. Before his time at Illinois College, Pogue spent six years at St. Ambrose University, where he served as the Offensive Coordinator from 2019 to 2020, coaching multiple all-conference honorees in positions like offensive line, running backs, and tight ends.
