Darnell Stapleton | Assistant Offensive Line Coach | Washington Commanders

Coach Stapleton joined Dan Quinn's staff in 2024 after serving as OL Coach for Florida.

Coach Stapleton joined the Gators staff after spending the 2021 season with Billy Napier at Louisiana, where he helped the Cajuns to a Sun Belt Conference championship.

Prior to Louisiana, Stapleton spent four seasons at Sam Houston State, where he was the offensive line coach and the run game coordinator from 2017-20. From 2014-17, he served at the offensive line coach at Bucknell University.

Stapleton graduated from Rutgers in 2007 and was a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2007 to 2010 and was on the squad that won Super Bowl XLIII at the conclusion of the 2008 campaign.
