EJ White has been the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach since 2021. Under his guidance, the Eagles have achieved notable success, including a 19-12 overall record and significant improvements in offensive performance metrics. White's offensive strategies have contributed to Husson's impressive rankings in completion percentage, passing yards, and scoring offense within the Commonwealth Coast Conference. He has also played a key role in developing talented players, with several receiving All-Conference and All-Region recognition, as well as coaching award winners like Nic Visser, the Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2022.

Before joining Husson, White made significant impacts at Monmouth College and Webber International University, where he helped lead teams to championships and improved records. His coaching career extends to Europe, where he not only played professionally but also served as an offensive coordinator. White's accomplishments as a player at the University of St. Francis, where he set multiple passing and rushing records, reflect his deep understanding of the game and his ability to mentor and develop athletes both on and off the field.
