F.A.S.T. Culture is a program that we have implemented at Alpha Omega Academy in Huntsville, TX. The Complete F.A.S.T. Culture package includes lessons on Core Values, Program Identity and the "3 Seasons" coaching calendar that we use. We look at football culture as it relates to both coaches and players and we describe what works at a variety of levels, despite being a 6-Man Football program. These methods and lessons will benefit any coach. PowerPoints and PDF files are also available to supplement the video courses. This video lesson focuses on a GAME PLAN.

Coach Norris has been the Head Coach at Alpha Omega Academy in Huntsville, TX since 2012. The Lions installed a very exciting Air Raid 6.0 Offense in 2019 and rewrote the school record books on the way to their sixth playoff berth in the past 8 years. Since 2012, Alpha Omega has claimed 4 district championships and a State Runner-up in 2018.
