Ian Pace was named wide receivers coach in August 2023 after transitioning from tight ends coach in March of 2023. He brings a wealth of coaching experience to his role as the wide receivers coach at the Raiders, having previously served as the tight ends coach. Under his leadership, Treyvhon Saunders and Max Hurleman achieved All-Patriot League First-Team and Special Teams Non-Specialist honors, respectively, marking significant successes for the team. Before joining the Raiders, Pace held coaching positions at various institutions, including Somerville High School, St. John Fisher University, Centre College, and Mississippi State, where he mentored notable players and contributed to the success of their respective teams.

Pace's coaching journey has been marked by a focus on offensive strategies and player development. His tenure at Fordham University and roles at other institutions underscore his ability to cultivate talent and drive success on the field. Through his diverse experiences and proven track record, Pace continues to make a significant impact on the football landscape, shaping the performance of players and teams across different levels of competition.
