Mrozinski is entering his fourth season as head coach of the Hiram Terriers football program in 2023-24. Before joining Hiram, he spent three years as the Defensive Coordinator at Salve Regina University. Recently, Mrozinski led Hiram to its highest win count since 2018, achieving victories over Oberlin and Hilbert and nearly winning against Denison and Kenyon. Under his leadership, the team ranked 6th in the NCAC in both passing and rushing yards and had five All-NCAC honorees, including Malcolm Rogers, who was named to the All-NCAC First Team in 2022. At Salve Regina, Mrozinski contributed to a 17-13 record, a CCC Co-Championship, and a New England Bowl appearance, with his defensive units consistently ranking at the top of the conference.

Mrozinski's coaching career began at Buffalo State College, where he played as a quarterback and long snapper. He then held various coaching roles at Widener University, Ithaca College, and Hofstra University, gaining extensive experience in special teams, defensive backs, and recruiting. At Ithaca, he helped the team secure back-to-back Empire 8 Conference Championships and NCAA Division III playoff berths, coaching several All-Empire 8 players, Conference Players of the Year, and All-Americans. Mrozinski earned his bachelor's degree in communications from Buffalo State in 2006 and a master's degree in communications from Ithaca College in 2015.
