Jalani Lord begins his first season as the Offensive Line Coach and Running Game Coordinator at Lenoir-Rhyne in 2024. He joins LR after a successful seven-year tenure at Keiser, where he contributed to a 55-15 record and a NAIA National Championship in 2023. During his time at Keiser, Lord was instrumental in developing the offensive line and running game, leading the Seahawks to five NAIA Playoff appearances and back-to-back National Championship game berths. In the 2023 championship season, the team averaged 226.4 rushing yards per game and scored 47 rushing touchdowns across 14 games. Notably, running back Jaden Meizinger achieved 1,640 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns, earning AP Second Team All-American honors, while Andrew Burnette added 993 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns.

Before Keiser, Lord served as Offensive Coordinator at Seminole Ridge High School for seven seasons, Assistant Coach at IMG Academy for one season, and Offensive Quality Control Coach at Florida Atlantic University for three seasons. At Seminole Ridge, he guided the team to two District Championships and a Regional final. Lord holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University. His coaching career is marked by significant achievements, including producing multiple 1,000-yard rushers and leading teams to numerous championships and playoff appearances.
