The Coach
Jon McLaughlin has been around football his whole life. He currently is in his 8th year of coaching for Columbia University as the offensive line coach but his 33rd year of coaching overall. In his current years at Columbia, he has led the offensive line to three top five seasons in school history. Mclaughlin himself played four years at Alfred Univeristity where he lead his team to a ECAC North Championship as a junior.
