The Coach
Jordan Heldreth is the offensive line coach at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, where he is in his fourth year on the coaching staff. Coach Heldreth is an alumnus of Southeastern, where he played five years on the offensive line, including four years as a starter, and was fortunate to play for great coaches and mentors, including John Flaaf, Randy Clements, and Drew Ingles.
Coach Heldreth's coaching journey includes experience as a graduate assistant while still playing his senior year, high school coaching at Atlantic High School and Lake Gibson High School, where he had five or six ESPN Top 100 recruits, and college coaching at Lake Erie College (Division II) and Flagler Palm Coast High School before returning to Southeastern as the offensive line coach.
At Southeastern, Coach Heldreth has been instrumental in transforming the program's offensive line production. Coach Heldreth's philosophy centers on systematic development, continuous improvement, and building a culture of excellence. He believes in the "two-and-a-half-pound change plate mentality," small, consistent improvements that compound over time. He emphasizes that offensive linemen are the men of the team, whose role is to benefit others, set the tone for the program, and hold themselves to a higher standard.
