Kyle Caskey began his career as a player at Texas A&M. After playing, he took a GA job at Louisiana Monroe in 2004 before becoming a recruiting coordinator for Indiana State from 2006-2008. Coach Caskey left for Ole Miss in 2009 as a defensive assistant coach. He got his first job in the NFL the next year with the Cincinnati Bengals as an offensive quality control and offensive line coach. In 2014 with the Bengals he switched over to coaching running backs, and took the same job with the Detroit Lions in 2019. He last coached for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2021 as an offensive quality control coordinator.
