Joe Kasper

Joe Kasper | Safeties | Philadelphia Eagles

After serving as a defensive quality control coach for the Philadelphia Eagles for the 2022-2023 season, Joe Kapser was named safties coach for the Miami Dolphins.

Joe Kasper has risen through the coaching ranks quickly. Hewas on the Duke coaching staff from March 2018 to 2021 serving as a graduate assistant coach working primarily with the defensive secondary.

Before joining the Blue Devil staff, Kasper was the wide receivers coach at John Carroll University during the 2017 season and directed the defensive backs at his alma mater, Mentor (Ohio) High School, in 2015-16. Kasper also has experience with the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, serving as a Player Personnel and Development Assistant from 2013-15.

Kasper lettered three seasons on the gridiron at Baldwin Wallace University and earned Capital One Academic All-America honors before graduating in 2015 with a degree in political science.
