The Coach
Mark Washington is the newly promoted assistant head coach/ defensive coordinater of the Hamilton Tiger Cats. His 2021 season was impressive as Washinton guided the Tiger-Cats to the league’s best run defence, limiting opposing teams to a league-low in rushing yards, rushing yards per game, rushes over 10 yards and rushes over 20 yards. Before this, he spent 11 seasons with the BC Lions helping out different positions such as defensive coordinater and defensive backs coach. In his time there, he coached over 18 West Division All-Stars and 11 CFL All-Stars from the defensive back position.
