Mike Bruno - Teaching Run Fits in a Multiple Front and Coverage Defense

Playing a multiple front defense presents challenges because it requires different run fits in odd and even fronts.  Mike Bruno shares his system for identifying the different types of fitters against the most popular runs - inside zone, outside zone, power, and counter.

Through illustrated still shot explanations and game film, Coach Bruno clearly defines how his defenders will fit the run and close down lanes.

Being sound on defense starts with understanding where to go as well as your assignment when you get there.  This system designed by Coach Bruno will help you set your defenders up for success on any run play.
