His coaching journey includes notable stops at Penn State, where he contributed to the nation's top-ranked defense, and the Denver Broncos, where he aided in a strong defensive performance. Adams's coaching tenure at Villanova also highlights his ability to develop top-tier defensive talent, as evidenced by multiple players earning All-Conference and All-America honors under his guidance. He's recognized for his coaching acumen through participation in coaching leadership programs and internships in the NFL, alongside his successful collegiate playing career at Concord University. Adams holds a bachelor’s degree in recreation and tourism Management from Concord.
