The Coach
Aaron Kromer is the offensive line coach for the Buffalo Bills, bringing over two decades of NFL experience across multiple playoff-caliber teams. Under his leadership, Buffalo’s offensive line allowed the fewest sacks in the NFL in 2023 (24) and enabled a top-tier rushing attack, including leading all running backs in yards before contact. In 2022, his line helped the Bills finish second in both total offense (397.6 YPG) and scoring (28.4 PPG).
Kromer previously coordinated elite rushing units in Buffalo (2015–16), where the Bills led the league in rushing in back-to-back seasons. From 2017–20 with the Los Angeles Rams, Kromer served as offensive line coach and run game coordinator, helping the team reach Super Bowl LIII behind a top-three rushing offense in 2018.
He was part of the New Orleans Saints’ Super Bowl XLIV-winning staff in 2009, where his offensive line allowed just 20 sacks, fewest in the NFC. Kromer has coached 15 Pro Bowlers across his career, including Andrew Whitworth, Jahri Evans, and Dion Dawkins.
Kromer also held roles with the Bears (offensive coordinator, 2013–14), Buccaneers, and Raiders, and helped lead Oakland to an AFC Championship and Super Bowl XXXVII appearance.
