Pat DelMonaco Jr. is a seasoned football coach with a distinguished career spanning collegiate and professional levels. Currently, he serves as the Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach for the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League (CFL), a position he has held since 2019.

DelMonaco's coaching journey commenced in 2000 at Hudson Valley Community College, where he led the offensive line before transitioning to quarterbacks coach. In 2003, he joined Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) as the Offensive Line Coach and was later promoted to Offensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator. During his tenure, RPI's offense consistently ranked among the league's best, leading in scoring and passing yards.

In 2010, DelMonaco advanced to the CFL, taking on the role of Offensive Line Coach for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He contributed to the team's appearance in the 99th Grey Cup. By 2014, he had joined the Calgary Stampeders, where his leadership has been instrumental in the team's offensive success, including multiple Grey Cup victories.
