Pat Flaherty is currently in his second season as the Scarlet Knights' offensive line coach, bringing a wealth of experience from his successful NFL career and previous tenure with Rutgers in the 1980s and 1990s. His return coincided with Rutgers' significant improvement in total offense in 2023, marking the program's first winning season since 2014.
