Developing a Quarterback may be the most important aspect of creating a high performing offense. Quarterbacks are often considered the offense's leader and are responsible for calling plays in huddles. In addition, they touch the ball almost every time the offense takes the field.

Jim Zebrowski - Assistant Coach - Quarterbacks - University of Kansas

Jim Zebrowski brings a wealth of NCAA coaching experience with him to his first season as the quarterback's coach at Kansas. A coaching veteran in the Big Ten and Mid-American Conference, Zebrowski brings 29 years of experience to the Jayhawks, including four seasons at Buffalo as the quarterback's coach and co-offensive coordinator. He is well known for developing young quarterbacks within the programs he works for.

In 2020, Zebrowski helped Buffalo quarterback Kyle Vantrease develop into a solid starting quarterback for the Bulls. In a season that was dominated by the run game, Vantrease was still able to shine after he threw for 353 yards and four touchdowns against Miami (OH) and 365 yards and a score against Ball State in the MAC Championship game.
