The Coach
Rob Keys, entering his second season as a quality control coach at Ohio State in 2023, brings extensive coaching experience, notably spending 11 successful years as the head coach at the University of Findlay. During his tenure at Findlay, Keys achieved a 75-42 (.641) overall record, leading the team to their first conference title in the NCAA Division II era in 2021 and earning recognition as the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Coach of the Year and NCAA Division II Region 3 Coach of the Year. Under his guidance, the Oilers made two NCAA Division II playoff appearances and produced numerous All-American players, with 179 athletes receiving all-conference honors. Keys' coaching journey includes roles as co-defensive coordinator and special teams coordinator at Findlay, as well as coaching positions at West Virginia University, Indiana State University, Slippery Rock University, and the University of New Hampshire.
