Current Role:
• Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at the Iowa Hawkeyes football program. Lester was hired in early 2024 to revitalize Iowa’s offense and bring his extensive experience in offensive system design and quarterback development.


Coaching Career & Experience

Extensive Coaching Tenure:
Lester brings over 20 years of coaching experience at multiple levels (college, NFL, and high school) with a mix of roles including offensive coordinator, head coach, quarterbacks coach, and senior offensive analyst.

NFL Experience:

  • Senior Analyst, Green Bay Packers (2023) — Worked with the offensive coaching staff during a season that culminated in a playoff win.

Head Coaching Experience:
