Brian Flinn serves as the Passing Game Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach at Princeton, where he has helped engineer one of the Ivy League’s most efficient and explosive passing attacks.

Under Flinn’s leadership, Princeton’s passing game has consistently ranked among the top offenses in the Ivy League in yards per game, yards per attempt, and explosive pass plays. His units have produced:

• Multiple All-Ivy League wide receivers

• Top-tier Ivy League rankings in passing efficiency

• Increased explosive plays (20+ yard completions)

• Balanced production across formations and personnel groupings

As Passing Game Coordinator, Flinn designs coverage-based route concepts, third-down packages, and red zone pass structures that stress defenses both vertically and horizontally. His system emphasizes:

• Coverage identification and route adjustment

• QB/WR timing and chemistry

• Explosive play generation

• Situational mastery (3rd down, RZ, 2-minute)

Prior to Princeton, Flinn coached at the collegiate level across multiple programs, contributing to offenses that produced conference-leading passers and record-setting receiving seasons. His background includes experience coordinating and developing high-level quarterback and receiver play within multiple offensive systems.
