In his ninth season with the program, Co-Defensive Cooridnator Joey Didier has helped make the University of St. Francis' defense an elite unit in the NAIA. After his playing career was over, Coach Didier joined Homsteads' staff and then re-joined his alma mater at St. Francis. For the 2010-2012 seasons, Didier served as Inside-Linebackers coach. In the spring of 2013 Didier (and Eric Wagoner) were promoted to co-coordinate the cougar defense. Didier also serves as the defensive backs coach and co-coordinates recruiting efforts for the two-time NAIA National Champions. .
