The Coach
With over a decade of coaching experience at the high school and collegiate levels, Coach Mike Cross focuses on building organized, culture-driven football programs that develop players toward producing consistent results. His experience includes coaching in Ohio’s Mid-State League, Indiana’s MIC and WRC conferences, and at the collegiate level at Otterbein University.
Coach Cross began his career at Circleville High School (OH) before coaching offensive line at Otterbein University. He later coached at Pike High School, Lawrence Central High School, and Crispus Attucks High School before serving as Head Football Coach at Covington High School and Offensive Coordinator/Assistant Head Coach at Fountain Central High School.
In addition to his coaching experience, Coach Cross holds bachelor’s degrees in Sports Management and Business along with a Master of Business Administration. His approach emphasizes the balance between football knowledge, strong team culture, and effective program organization.
