Work to Win: 10 Tips to Win Football Games - Book PDF
by Chris ParkerDescription
THIS IS THE PDF OF THE BOOK
Half the teams must lose each week. No one intentionally fails, but half of the participants will fail in all contests. This makes coaching wonderful and challenging at the same time. Sports are still about winning. When you win, it is much easier for the coach to focus on discipline, character, academics, and more. Winning is not everything, but it is very important if you want to make the biggest difference possible in your program.
This book is all about winning on the football field. You will not agree with everything in this book. The intention is not for you to agree with everything, but pick up some practical tips to help your team win. Consider these tips another tool you can use to help yourself get in that good “half” each game!
Here are the 10 Tips...
- Make Self-Scouting relevant
- Find ways to be smart and unique
- Get your team to play "faster"
- Teach the Situations
- Avoid Coaching Scared
- Find as many ways as possible to play football
- You better develop who you have
- Create a system that creates A.I.R.
- Spend more time planning and less time worrying/gossiping
- Don't ask the players to be tough if the coaches aren't tough
