Training off season is just as important as practicing during the season. This course runs over training drills you can do to make sure you are prepared for next seasons battles.
I’m driven to be the best at what I do.
I completed a degree in Kinesiology at Lakehead University in 2005. Since I started that program I’ve been trying to learn about health and fitness, whether it be through coarses or on my own. I can honestly say that about 80% of my knowledge about health and fitness comes from my own personal interest in learning more about it.
