Instructor Mike Pilon from Endeavour Sports Group has vast experience in player development and consultation, having attained his Master Level Coach certification from USA Hockey. Passionate about his work with an infectious attitude, he is a strong communicator and has international instructional experience in the UK, Italy, and Slovenia. Mike has worked with over 100 NCAA athletes and a dozen current NHL players - possessing a strong network within the game.
