Shanika Randle - Smithson Valley HS
Shanika Randle, a Houston, Miss. native, is entering her 5th year as varsity assistant for the Smithson Valley High School Softball team in Spring Branch, TX where she coaches hitting, base running and outfield. Previously, she served as varsity assistant for three years at Elgin High School in Elgin, TX. Before her stint as a high school coach, she was the first assistant at Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena, MS, her alma mater. Randle received All American honors scholastically and athletically.
