Established in 1983, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) is the professional growth organization for fastpitch softball coaches from all competitive levels of play. Although mostly collegiate coaches comprised the organization's membership in the early days, today college coaches are joined by high school and travel ball coaches, umpires, companies as well as other fans of fastpitch softball. Growing from 40 members in 1983 to over 7,000 today, the NFCA boasts members from all 50 states and several international countries. The NFCA is built around four main pillars: education, events, awards, and creating change. With education at the forefront, the NFCA's purpose is to support fastpitch softball coaches in their quest for excellence, while uniting together to advance the sport we love.  Innovate. Inspire. Coach.
