Ernesto Escamilla - Small Changes, Big Wins: 7 Keys to Elevate Your Team`s

Description

In this course, Ernesto Escamilla, a Texas high school head tennis coach with college and Division I experience, shares a practical system for helping teams win more matches by making small changes where points are actually decided. Built from a live coaching clinic, the course walks through program structure, standards-based coaching, parent communication, and practice organization before shifting into match-focused teaching.

Coaches learn why nearly 60% of high school points end in the first four shots and how to reduce unforced errors using simple match charting, targeted drills, and disciplined decision-making. The course addresses common breakdowns such as missing into the net, missing wide, changing directions at the wrong time, double faults, missed returns, and serve +1/return +1 errors, then provides clear solutions including Big Targets, the A–B–C–D court system, rally challenges, purposeful serving progressions (4–4–4), a five-step serve routine, and the Perfect Points drill.

Designed for both singles and doubles, this course gives high school coaches a repeatable framework to create more focused practices, increase player accountability, and turn consistency into competitive advantage.

Enroll now and start turning small changes into big wins for your program.
