Ramona Husaru

Ramona Husaru is the Director of Education for the USPTA and the first female to hold this role. Ramona oversees the association’s education program that includes both face-to-face conferences and online education. Ramona has been heavily involved in developing USPTA’s educational content, including the instructional show “On Court with USPTA” that aired on Tennis Channel for over ten years. She also plays a significant role in the certification process, where she serves as a coach developer/tester.

Ramona is a former WTA-ranked player and a two-time NCAA National Team Champion with BYU-Hawaii, where her record was 45-0 in singles competition. She holds a master’s degree in Sport Psychology and has 15 years of coaching experience, having worked with players of all levels. Ramona is passionate about human performance, helping athletes and coaches achieve their maximum potential on and off the court.
