Thomas Yelloweyes is not your average personal trainer. As a competitive athlete his goal has always been to reach the next level. But in his quest to consistently push himself and work harder, he came to realized that passion and drive in and of themselves are not enough. Thomas noticed that many athletes find themselves with an injury because of core deficiencies such as a lack of flexibility or overactive/underactive muscle groups. No matter how hard he trained or how many hours he spent on the track or at the gym, there were pieces of the puzzle that he felt were constantly being missed (or ignored) by other trainers.
