Lecture Title: From My Point of View

Jessica Fresh is an Iowa native where she was raised and attended college at Waldorf University. During her time at Waldorf, she wrestled and obtained her bachelor’s degree in 2014, then went on to become a GA for the wrestling team and earn her master’s degree in 2018.    In the middle of her master’s education, she moved to Texas in 2017 to be the Assistant Wrestling Coach at Northwest High School. One year later, she became the Head Wrestling Coach of both the Boys and Girls Wrestling Programs.    In her time at Northwest her honors include:   •       State AAAAA Boys Head Coach of the Year (2022) •       Region 2 AAAAA Boys Head Coach of the Year (2022) •       District 5 AAAAA Boys Head Coach of the Year (2022) •       District 5 AAAAA Girls Head Coach of the Year (2019, 2021) •       District 5 AAAAA Girls Assistant Coach of the Year (2018) •       Region 2 AAAAA Girls Head Coach of the Year (2019) •       State AAAAA Girls Head Coach of the Year (2019) •       Region 2 AAAAA Girls Assistant Coach of the Year (2018)     •       State AAAAA Girls Assistant Coach of the Year (2018) •       National Dual Champions Coach (Texas Girls 2018)        •       1 State Placer, 11 State Qualifiers, 24 Regional Qualifiers (2022) •       Regional Champions (Boys and Girls Teams, 2022) •       3 State Champions & 12 State Medalists
