    • While we're on the topic of coordination, this may be the most challenging of them all. Almost everyone can "skip", but the more advanced version of this exercise, where both feet land simultaneously is one of the most difficult coordination drills in this program. This is a great starting point to help reinforce the idea of separating the "pulling" and "landing" actions as exact opposites of each other.
