Welcome to the Movement Drills Section of your Coaching Youth Tennis Training Plan! At this point, you have taught your young tennis player the fundamental ball-striking techniques of this game.

You are now ready to take these fundamentals and work on them in more advanced fashion. This section focuses on improving these skills while moving. In a tennis match, a player will never be standing still. His feet should always be moving and ready to react to his opponent's shot.

These drills will help the player master the movement skills and will get him ready for a match. Good luck and have fun!
