          The concept here is the same as with the one-handed backhand.

          The player has to begin the swing as early as possible.

          A right-handed player must step in with the right leg and shoulders turned inward. A left-handed player would step in with the left leg.

          The point of contact is right in front.

          Turn the wrist over during the follow through and point the elbow at the target.
