- Serve and Reaction Drill
  
      Sit on one knee in front of your player with 7-10 balls ready for use.
  
      Once the player executes the serve, immediately bounce the ball in front of him or her for a quick reaction return.
  
      Adjust the bounce for a different look at the ball once the serve is completed.
  
  
  
  Coaching Point
  
  The key point is to make sure your player recovers back into position as fast as possible in order not to get trapped with a deep return from an opponent.
