- Pull Drill
  Have the offensive lineman shift his weight to the inside foot in his stance.
  Lead with the outside foot to pull fast and in the proper direction.
  Keep the outside arm in a whipping motion when coming out of the stance.
  Players drop their lead step foot one-half yard to have the proper angle while moving to the outside.
  Players continue upfield and continue with the kickout block or open field blocking.
